Grass Valley, CA — Several young adults out in front of the downtown Grass Valley Safeway had a great time giggling at the name of the Canadian city Regina. It is unclear at the time of this writing how the topic of Regina came up, but sources close to the incident suggest that the group of 3 teenage boys were attempting to rap and rhyme with female anatomy parts.
“So Joey’s like making these beats. Like, you know,” said Stevie F. of Grass Valley from underneath his crooked A’s baseball cap. “And then he like, lets out the word, ‘Regina,” and we starts laughing. Like, you know?”
Regina is the capital city of the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The city is the second-largest in the province and a cultural and commercial center for southern Saskatchewan. The city is named after Queen Victoria of England’s Mother, without the slightest bit of irony.
“What can I say? I beat the best,” said a cocky Joey Adams. “And when I came up with that, everyone was bustin. Right?”
According to downtown Safeway officials, they are considering solutions to the vagrancy problem in the Parking Lot.
